This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse commercial portfolio within a respected real estate agency with a strong reputation in the market and deep roots in the local community. About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high levels of service to both landlords and tenants while maximising asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial properties (retail, office, industrial)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating lease administration, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
  • Preparing budgets, financial reports, and outgoings reconciliations
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly
About You:
  • Previous experience in commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases and legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Current Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s licence
