A highly reputable Childcare Centre in Mildura is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who shares a passion for high-quality early childhood education. If you have a proven history of developing and managing a successful Kinder program, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a Kinder program that is both child-centered and aligned with contemporary best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Lead and guide a team to provide high-quality education and care, in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual learning programs for children, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and service policies, including those set by the National Quality Standard.
- Early Childhood Teaching Degree recognised by ACEQA.
- Proven experience in developing and running a successful Kinder program.
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Training.
- Clear Working with Children Check.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
This role is not for recent graduates or those entering the industry for residency purposes. We are looking for an educator with substantial experience in delivering high-quality Kinder programs.
