About the Role
This is a dynamic position that bridges sales and operations. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, engaging with clients, and coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret project plans and site requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Present quotations and proposals to clients across residential and commercial sectors
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and building codes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate work orders and liaise with the delivery and installation teams
- Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Experience in estimating, quoting, or sales within construction or related industries
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus
- Trade background or relevant industry experience preferred
- Current driver’s licence
