Are you a creative thinker with a knack for organisation and a passion for marketing? A well-established hospitality and leisure venue in Robinvale is seeking a  Marketing & Administration Coordinator  to join their team full-time.
This exciting role blends marketing, design, and administration in a dynamic environment that includes dining, entertainment, and accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & Design: Develop engaging promotional materials and artwork for events and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule content to grow online engagement and visibility.
  • Accommodation Bookings: Manage reservations with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Reception & Administration: Provide front-of-house support and general administrative assistance.
About You:
  • Experience in marketing, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Skilled in graphic design and digital content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • Customer-focused with reception or front-of-house experience.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
