Our client is currently seeking qualified diesel or auto mechanics, people with strong mechanical aptitude and apprentice mechanics for a 6 month assignment, working across a range of trucks, agricultural machinery and vehicles.

About The Role:
You will be responsible for scheduled servicing, routine maintenance, and minor repairs to keep machinery and vehicles running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general servicing and preventative maintenance
  • Inspect, diagnose and report mechanical issues
  • Replace basic engine parts (filters, fluids, belts, break pads)
  • Keep your workplace clean and safe
  • Follow all OHS requirements
  • Accurately complete job cards and timesheets
About You:
  • Diesel or Auto Mechanic Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with trucks, farm machinery and light vehicles
  • Basic computer skills for service records
