Are you a creative thinker with a knack for social media and a passion for customer service? A well-established hospitality and leisure venue in Robinvale is seeking a Reception and Administration assistant to join their team full-time.
This exciting role blends reception, social media, administration and customer service in a dynamic environment that includes dining, entertainment, and accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodation Bookings: Manage reservations for the establishment through direct inquiry and third-party organisations.
- Reception & Administration: Provide front-of-house support and general administrative assistance.
- Social Media Management/Marketing: Develop engaging promotional material and artwork for events and campaigns to grow online engagement and visibility.
- Background in Administration
- Experience with creating rosters and scheduling
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Customer-focused with reception or front-of-house experience.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
- Experience in marketing
- Skilled in graphic design and digital content creation
- Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Familiar with systems such as RMS Booking Systems, Canva, Adobe and POS Systems
