We are on the lookout for a reliable and professional temporary receptionist to provide fill-in coverage on an as-needed basis.
This is not a regular or ongoing position – it’s perfect for someone looking to pick up occasional shifts to cover staff leave, absences, or busy periods.

About the Role:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and responding to emails
  • Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
About You:
  • Previous reception or administration experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using phone systems and Microsoft Office
  • Available at short notice and happy to work ad-hoc shifts
  • Well presented and professional with a positive attitude
This is a casual, fill in role with no guaranteed hours. You will be contacted only when coverage is required, which could range from half days to full weeks depending on staff availability.
