Our client is currently seeking a Service and Installation Technician to join their team. In this role you will install, upgrade and relocate frost fans as required and provide service support, both reactive and preventative to customers.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of frost fans, proudly operating out of New Zealand since 1995. They were the first to develop and produce multi-blade frost fans, delivering quieter operations and improved fuel efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, Service, Upgrade or relocate frost fans as directed.
  • Complete annual service and maintenance
  • Complete breakdown repairs
  • Perform fan upgrades
  • Provide a reliable contact point for customers who have questions, issues or urgent requests, particularly during frost season
  • Assist with identifying sales leads
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
About You:
  • Full Drivers License
  • Qualified Mechanic
  • Forklift License – Desirable but not essential
  • Medium Rigid Truck License - Desirable but not essential
  • Working at heights/Elevated Work Platform Certificate - Desirable but willing to obtain
