  • Assessing all applications against the job brief/selection criteria, screening suitable candidates and conducting initial interviews with candidates in-person, via phone or online video conferencing.


  • Conducting reference checking of good-fit candidates, and providing the results to you.


  • Presenting a shortlist of highly suitable candidates to you for consideration, including background information, resumes, reference checking reports and any further relevant information. All candidates are submitted to you via our online portal, making it a seamless process for you.


  • Arranging interviews with you and the shortlisted candidates.


  • Making the ‘offer’ to the successful candidate on your behalf, and if required, negotiating remuneration and commencement. We can also confirm the offer in writing to the candidate.


  • We advise all unsuccessful candidates the outcome either in person or via phone call.


  • Providing advice and support at every step of the way to ensure your continued satisfaction with your new employee and the quality of services provided.


  • Behavioural based interviews and checks including police, working with children, pre employment medical or other tests can be arranged and conducted through Prestige Staffing, if required, further to our full recruitment service.
